We’re back! Did you miss us?!? Sorry for our absence these last few posts, we had a trip to NY last weekend and we just got caught up in the people and the lights and the shopping…mostly the shopping 🙂 We didn’t want to wait another entire week to do a few things for Mud Mask Monday: we need to announce the winner of the beauty samples pack, show you our results with the Glamglow Supermud Mask Treatment, and we need to get you prepped for this week! Glamglow Supermud Mask Treatment
Devyn and I introduced you to the Glamglow masks and their many benefits, variety of choices, etc. We finally had a few minutes to sit down and try out our Glamglow Supermud Mask Treatment and I can’t stop raving about how much I LOVE IT! I have read really good things about the Glamglow masks all these years but I’ve never been willing to take the leap due to pricing. After trying out the sample pack I have to say….I’ve been a fool. The sample pack doesn’t (at first glance) seem to be enough to do even a small area of your face but I was able to do my entire face with just a sample. It spreads so easily and dries pretty quickly. You can see in our photos that it is abundantly clear where the mask was able to pull out all kinds of extra oil and dirt from our pores! My nose was especially bad so I was excited to see my results in that area! The mask did tingle a little bit when I first put it on but after wearing it for nearly 30 minutes I had no irritation or problems which is a small miracle in and of itself!
One of the really awesome benefits of this mask is that it fights so many skin problems at once. It exfoliates to leave skin smooth and soft, it shrinks pores, clears tough and stubborn blackheads, oil, and other dirt and grime, and the mask helps tighten skin. We were in awe of the results after just one application. We each have another mask sample to use and I think I’ll be scooping some of this stuff up with my Amazon gift cards…it’s just that good. I can’t recommend it enough.
We applied with our fingers, you can use a brush or your fingers, I don’t think the application process makes much difference with this particular mask. Removal was a breeze. Sometimes these clay type masks can be a pain to remove but this came off easily with just a little rubbing and warm water. The final rinse revealed my shrunken pores and some awesomely glowing skin…now if I can just stop rubbing my face for the rest of the day 🙂
Not going to lie to you…I usually relax when I do my masks but instead of doing that this week I worked on the post that we will have going live for you tomorrow as well as the finishing touches on this post. Sometimes work stresses me out but on days like this when the sun is shining and my skin is feeling amazing, nothing can bother me! I hope you are also enjoying nice weather wherever you might be! Spring seems to be sneaking away and summer creeping in but I think I might actually be okay with that….
